WHO WE ARE

REVCOND is an association established in June 2014 by a group of professionals with experience in the fields of training services, accounting and fiscal consulting, and professional consulting, who intend to contribute to defining the criteria for correct condominium management and correct condominium accounting, leveraging on an ongoing analysis of the juridical and fiscal sources which regulate the activity of professional condominium managers and the role of the condominium auditor, as introduced by Art. 1130 bis of the Italian Civil Code, and provided for by the Condominium Reform L. 220/2012, as well as by the regulation governing condominiums in buildings.

 

MISSION

In line with the Condominium Reform, REVCOND therefore aims to promote consulting and training services, with special focus on ongoing training and on the use of inter-professional funds.

It also supports the support the awareness and promotion of the economic and social importance of the professional condominium auditor in safeguarding the administration and management of real estate and condominium assets, and in particular consumers who purchase services within the condominium framework.

 

OBJECTIVES

Initiating a process towards the acknowledgement of the professional activity of the condominium auditor in accordance with L. 4/2013 and, consequently, the acknowledgement of the professional qualification as “Qualified REVCOND Condominium Auditor”;
